The composition and nutritional characteristics of common feed stuffs. The digestive systems, nutritional requirements, formulated rations and economical feeding programs for farm animals.

Prereq: ASC 378. Students must have access to a computer with the ability to run DOS-based programs and access to the Internet to complete some assignments.
